These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Azul (the "Service"), provided by Get Hot Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI ASSISTANTS, IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR SOCIAL-INTRODUCTION AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. THE AI ASSISTANTS ARE NOT LICENSED DATING COACHES, MATCHMAKERS, THERAPISTS, MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS. ACCORDINGLY, THE SERVICE:

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Other Eligibility. You may not use the Service if prohibited by applicable law, if you are a registered sex offender, or if your account was previously disabled for violations of these Terms.
Registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated.
Phone Verification. Accounts require a valid phone number, verified with one-time passcodes sent by third-party providers.
Service Messages. We may send you transactional messages related to account, security, or service operations. Message and data rates may apply.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
AI Features. The Service includes conversational agents and quizzes powered by large language models (“LLMs”). AI outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.
Processing by Providers. Your prompts, messages, quiz answers, and related data may be processed by third-party providers to deliver features such as response generation, scoring, insights, and safety. Providers may include (for example) OpenAI for AI processing and Twilio for SMS verification.
Profiling. By using the Service, you consent to analysis of your inputs to generate psychological, personality, compatibility, and relationship insights.
No Professional Advice. The AI assistants are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on outputs to assess another person’s safety or suitability for in-person meetings.
Third-Party Terms. Third-party services used in the Service are subject to their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details about processing, disclosures, and your choices.

Definitions. “User Content” means any content you provide or generate in the Service, including prompts, messages, quiz answers, profile information, and preferences. “Output” means responses generated by the Service for you.
Ownership. You retain ownership of your User Content. Between you and us, we own the Service and all related IP (excluding User Content and third-party materials).
License to Us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your User Content and Output solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with law. See the Privacy Policy for whether and how your data may be used for model improvement and your choices, including any opt-in or opt-out.
Feedback. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. Exercise caution when deciding to meet someone offline. We do not conduct comprehensive background checks and do not guarantee user behavior.
Apple App Store. If you access or download the app from Apple’s App Store, the “App Store Sourced Application” terms apply, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of your license. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranties beyond those required by law. The app must be used in accordance with Apple’s terms.
Google Play. If you download from Google Play, you acknowledge Google is not responsible for support or warranties unless required by law and is a third-party beneficiary of your license. You must comply with Google Play terms.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. If we make material changes that negatively affect you, we will provide notice within the Service or by email when feasible.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF **$100 CAD** OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold Get Hot Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
By You. You may delete your account at any time as described in the app.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or others, or if required by law.
Effect. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for any dispute related to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Except for User Content and third-party materials, we and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. “Get Hot Inc.” and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our marks without written permission.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and any policies referenced (including the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
